- Migrated all 40 projects onto a single 3-node Boottify cluster running on their existing Hetzner account.
- White-labeled the control panel under devhive.host, giving clients their own branded dashboard with scoped permissions.
- Replaced their custom CI scripts with Boottify's git-push deploys and preview environments.
