What does ForgeHub actually do?+
It's an operations platform for agencies: projects and clients in one place, a client portal where clients review and approve work and pay, stage-gated workflows, and billing. Deploy it as your own instance on your own subdomain.
Is it a shared product or my own instance?+
Your own instance. You deploy ForgeHub to your own subdomain (or a custom domain), isolated from every other tenant and branded as your agency.
Do my clients need their own accounts?+
Yes — clients get a portal login to review deliverables, approve work, and pay invoices. They only ever see their own projects.
How isolated is one tenant from another?+
Each instance runs in its own Kubernetes namespace with a NetworkPolicy blocking cross-tenant traffic and RFC1918 egress. CPU and memory are quota-capped. Secrets are per-namespace.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your instance keeps running for a 14-day grace period after you cancel, and you can reactivate it at any time in that window. After that it is suspended, and 48 hours later the namespace and its volumes are permanently deleted.
When does my instance go live?+
As soon as Stripe confirms your payment — usually within seconds. We never start a deployment on an unconfirmed payment; bank payments that take longer to clear start automatically once they do, and we email you. If setup fails and cannot be retried, your payment is refunded and the subscription cancelled automatically.
